You can set a price for each kind of appointment, and you can also set a custom price for an individual appointment.

How to charge customers for appointments
Our appointment booking system has built-in payment software that will automatically add a payment link to your reminder message so your customers can pay in one click. GoReminders automatically knows if a customer has paid for an appointment, so customers are only asked to pay if they haven’t already paid.
You can also manually send a payment link to a customer.
Each payment link will automatically have the correct price set.
How to make sure your customer paid for their appointment
You can see the payment status of all your appointments in the GoReminders calendar, or in the list of appointments, or in the list of payments. You can easily get a list of unpaid appointments, making it easier to get paid.
You can also view payment requests and payments for any customer one at a time.
Notifications for payments
The scheduling and payment software will alert you and your team when a customer pays you, so you can keep on top of incoming revenue.
